Terms of service

CTH is a private trading membership. It provides structured education, written market analysis, an execution journal and a member network.

CTH is education and tooling. It is not investment advice, not a signal service, not portfolio management and not a broker. Nobody at CTH manages money for you, and nothing published here is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

Membership runs for an initial term of six months from the date access is granted.

During an active membership you have access to the education, the market analysis published in that period, the journal, the member network, and any new material or platform updates released while your membership is active.

We do not offer lifetime access. Membership does not renew automatically. Nothing in these terms promises that a membership will be extended or that renewal will be offered on the same terms.

What is included may change as the platform develops. We will not remove a core part of the membership during your active term without offering a reasonable alternative.

An account is for one person. Do not share your credentials, and do not let anyone else use your access.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.

You must give accurate details when you register, including a working email address and phone number, and keep them current.

Sessions end automatically after fifteen minutes without activity. That is a security measure, not a limit on your access.

You may use the material for your own learning and trading.

You may not:

• share, resell, publish or redistribute any CTH material, in whole or in part
• record, screen-capture or re-upload lessons or analysis
• share your login, or give anyone else access to the platform through your account
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the platform, or attempt to access data belonging to other members
• attempt to bypass access controls, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without written permission

Redistribution is the one we take most seriously. The material is the product.

All CTH material - lessons, written analysis, charts, video, the platform itself - belongs to REGISTERED COMPANY NAME or its licensors.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access that material for the duration of your active membership. It grants nothing else. The licence ends when your membership ends.

What you write stays yours. Your journal entries, notes and messages belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display them back to you as part of running the service.

We do not use your journal data to train models, and we do not sell it. See the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that shares credentials, redistributes material, abuses other members, or uses the platform unlawfully.

Where the breach is minor and fixable we will normally warn you first. Where it is serious - redistribution at scale, for example - we may suspend immediately.

You can stop using CTH at any time. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for what that means for your term and any payment.

When an account closes, access ends and your licence to the material ends with it. Data handling on closure is described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not promise that you will make money, that you will become profitable, or that any method taught here will work in any particular market condition.

We do not promise the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We aim to keep it available and secure, and we will tell you about significant incidents that affect your data.

Market analysis reflects one trader's reading at a point in time. It can be wrong. It is published so you can study how a process develops, not so you can copy positions.

To the extent the law allows, CTH is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or the material.

You are responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

If a change materially reduces what your active membership includes, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.

Continuing to use CTH after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of COUNTRY / JURISDICTION, and disputes are subject to the courts of COUNTRY / JURISDICTION.
